PAYMENT METHODS:

1) Credit cards: we accept credit card payments: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. In this case we'll send you the corresponding credit card authorization form. Your credit card will be charged in Argentina currency.
Note: additional fees may apply

2) Wire transfer to our USA based account. We'll send the pro-forma invoice including our bank information.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

In order to secure all reservations a 40% down payment will be required within two weeks after confirmation.
In the case that we also provide some internal flights the down payment would be 60% to be paid upon confirmation.

Balance payment will due 60 days prior to arrival on first destination.
For groups (4 rooms or more) please contact us.

If time between confirmation and arrival is less than 60 days then the full payment will be required after all services are confirmed.

Cancellation policies and fees for tours in Argentina and Chile

Cancellation policies / fees:

This policy applies only to those tours that are already confirmed and paid.

Domestic or international flights in Argentina or Chile: This will depend on the specific policies for every airline for every flight / rate. We'll apply same policy as for the airline.

Tours in Patagonia and in Chile:
If cancellation is done 61 (or more) days before arrival there is no penalty (no cancellation fee).
In the case of cancellations between 31 and 60 days before arrival there's a 15% cancellation fee.
For cancellations done between 16 and 30 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 50%, meaning a 50% refund.
If cancellation is done 15 (or less) before arrival date, then the cancellation fee will be 100%, no refund.

Buenos Aires, Salta, Mendoza and Iguazu:
If cancellation is done 21 (or more) days before arrival there is no penalty (no cancellation fee).
For cancellations done between 20 and 11 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 50%, meaning a 50% refund.
If cancellation is done 10 (or less) before arrival date, then the cancellation fee will be 100%, no refund.
